- Increased Bilirubin: unconjugated, from haem breakdown (pre-hepatic jaundice)
- Increased Urinary urobilinogen (no urinary conjugated bilirubin).
- Increased Serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) , as it is released from red cells
