We propose that the consideration of these constraints should be done somewhat independently of the definition of computational-level models, but that the principle of rationality provides the key to exploring the new levels of analysis that result. Distinguishing between computational problems and the resources available for solving them provides a way to build a bridge between the computational and algorithmic levels.
