特征矩阵的第一列除以主质量矩阵的第一项的平方根，第二列除以主质量矩阵第二项 的平方根…… 把特征矩阵的各列分别缩放，我们就得到了这个新的特征矩阵。 用这个新的特征矩阵，我们就得到了 normalize 之后的质量矩阵和刚度矩阵。这种 normalize 的方法，一般叫做 mass orthonormal set。注意到，得到的质量矩阵 Mn，主对角线都为 1， 而刚度矩阵 Kn，主对角线的值都是自振频率的平方，比如 132.042 是第一频率 11.491 的平 方，1036.639 是第二频率 32.197 的平方
