If moving the CL into the feathering range is not successful, the propeller can also be feathered by using the "MAN" switch on the "FEATHER SYS" panel.

The manual feather switch does not shut off fuel, before manually feathering a propeller, the engine must be shut down or PL retarded to "FLT IDLE" to avoid an over torque condition.
