,电压增大,电荷也增大,所以二极管两侧扩散到对侧的空穴和电子也增加,这扩大了耗尽区的宽度,因为空穴和电子扩散的方向和增大的内建电压方向相反,所以减弱了空穴和电子的扩散,扩散电流减小.
漂移电流:耗尽区内建电压变大,内建电场变大,因电场漂移而形成的漂移电流变大.
